The StressWatching programme is based on the book "Stress Gremlins" by Ann McCracken, Director of AMC Mentoring Ltd. Stress Gremlins are a metaphorical representation for molecules of both chemical and physical energy that exist within the cells of the human body. An employees Stress Gremlins can either be relaxed and happy, or irritated and anxious.
According to official statistics, 35% of absences are due to stress, depression and anxiety. The use of Healthcare Manager and StressWatching online tools will serve organisations to become compliant for stress, improve productivity, absence rates and employee self-motivation.
